General Cancel button doesnt work!!

I'm really ****** off because the button "cancel" when you click battle DOES NOT work! Every time I press battle by mistake and cancel immediately it terminates the searching screen but still after 1 seconds or 2 it starts a battle anyway. This is not fair and does not make sense. You seriously need to put a confirmation message before battle. Something like: click on "battle" pop up appears --> "are you sure you want to start a duel?" Option to click "yes" or "no".

Simple as when I want to close the game on android. Same thing.
