General Didnt get my legendary arena first time offer

I've recently reached legendary arena and after arriving I noticed I didnt get the first time in the arena offer and asked a few friends, because I had an epic chest offer I had to wait till tomorrow apparently. So I did. But, when the time came I still didn't receive the new arena offer and I'm wondering if I've missed out or will it just come in time?
