Hey!

I have a trouble, I already post my doubt and my trobule to the in-game "support" via the in game settings -> Help and Feedback -> Report An Issue... And I have like 6 hours waiting...

I really really enjoyed this game, I got robbed yesterday, some guy just put a gun on my head and stole my phone and money... I don't remember the email of my alt account (lvl 1, arena 6), I spend money on that account just for fun... but i cant recover that, the "support" just dont answer a thing to me....

Im really desperate... I lost time and money and Supercell's "support" dont care about it...

really bad job "support" and "Costumer Service"! you only care about money, and not the players! :thumbsdown::thumbsdown::thumbsdown::thumbsdown::t humbsdown::thumbsdown:

It's ok, everybody. OP was understandably a little upset over the crime. It's understandable to be a little high strung and upset at a time like this. I'm sure when this is all over, he/she will be appreciative of Support's efforts to recover what was stolen. mmmaka3m provided some good advice for handling this. Let's let support take it from here. /closed
