General Rage spell buff vs ice wizard debuff

Hey all, I'm not 100% sure but, i think when a rage spell is active, with a hog rider buffed against an enemy tower, the ice wizard overrides the buff and gives the 30% debuff, when it should actually be a 5%debuff. my hog rider never lasts long enough to prove properly, but im almost certain it never hits more than twice against an ice wizard, which it should when under rage buff.

this appears confusing to read so, how it happens;
i play, lumberjack, then hog.
Opponent counters with ice wizard.

Lumberjack rage buffs hog but ice wizard overrides the buff entirely(i think) because hog doesnt do any more damage than it would normally without rage buff.

lumberjack was redundant in this push.
