General Rage potion affecting enemy

I've been playing for a little while and have noticed that sometimes when I cast rage, it affects all troops in the area, not just my own. This seems to have started within the last few weeks, and I've seen my troops affected when an enemy lumberjack dies, or an opponent uses it for their own troops as well. This bug is very intermittent, though...it happened 3 times in my last battle, but only once two battles ago. It is very random.

I searched 5 pages in and could not find any other thread pertaining to this.
