I haven't received the Arena 9 starter pack offer yet. When I finally reached Arena 9 the offer didn't appear in the shop like Supercell said it would, it;s been over a week and I'm still waiting for that offer, even though Supercell said that would take 1 to 2 days upon reaching a new arena in the PSA they did on reddit. I haven't played a ladder match in this time span because I want to play with the new legendaries I'll buy, and I don't think it'll be fair for me if i have to wait even more weeks for the arena 9 pack to show up in my shop even though I did nothing wrong the shop offer just glitched.
