Hey, Supercell

What's going on?! I sent you an email and another one directly over the game on Monday and still didn't get any reaction from you!! I used your official "support" section and have sent you the email. Please, explain that! You took my money several times and didn't give me what you are selling and haven't contact me for 6 days!! Are you ok?

After game update my son found that "Legendary Arena Value Pack" for €9,99 and he asked me to buy it and I gave him the green light. So, he did the purchase but nothing has happened. And he tried a few times and your game took about €30 and still nothing. Anyway, I have contacted Itunes Store for the refund and the last purchase we left it for resolving this issue, because my son still want this "feature".
