Hold one finger on the right side of the screen, slide it to the left side and keep it there. You can access menus that are blocked to lower level players by doing this, and it's why level 1s are in clans. Players can also do this from the clan screen to access tourneys as level 1-7s. Doing it as a normal player onto the clan tab has strange graphical glitches.

It's definitely cool, but I could definitely see Supercell ending it because it kind of defeats the purpose of these unlocking at levels.
