General so is the disconnect a hack or a bug?

I see this all the time now in arenas 4-5. When im winning, I will see the red wifi signal start flashing and im unable to play any of my cards. Or sometimes I will just blatantly be disconnected with a login retry failure. Never saw this in arena 3 or 2. Either way, I wont give this game money until that is fixed. They ask an already ridiculous amount of money for gems and would never even think of using cash on a game like this. Just wondering if this problem with the disconnect is widespread or just a random occurrence.

The red wifi signal means your connection between your device and your wifi hotspot is unreliable/your bandwidth is too slow to keep up with the real-time requirements of the server. I see this one of 2 scenarios at my house. 1) I stray too far from my wifi device on the back porch 2) My family and their about 15 wireless devices are sucking up too much of my bandwidth. The supercell games are sitting on massive server arrays. With a few rare exceptions I can count on one hand when Amazon experienced service disruptions over the last 4 yeears, the games are there waiting to interact with your device however fast you can provide signal. It's all up to how well your device and your wifi are connected, then your bandwidth your have available to talk to the servers. When I have the low wifi signal in clash/boom/CR (Don't usually get it in Hay Day) - If I'm in a tournament or doing war attack, etc, I yell at the kids to free up some bandwidth or maybe once a month reset my home router.
