I just realized that when you contact support with an issue or observation that these people are clueless. It's like taking your vehicle to the shop and the "mechanic" has never seen a car but he has a manual. The manual says that there's nothing wrong with the vehicle, it's just the operators perception or that they are doing it wrong. It's also amazing that every time I contact support, immediately after they respond I go on a huge tilt and drop up to 500 trophies.
