I'm getting really annoyed right now. From last night my request is just all wrong. My Royal giant was 101 last night, after request, when I checked this morning it's 135, afternoon is 175 after 1 request. Now it's 210 just after another request. I started the game since soft launch. So please don't give me excuses like I didn't do it right or I might accidentally donat some. Also I am in the top 1 Australian clan and our donation is also top 1 in Australia. So don't give me excuses like no one donated to me. I also have proof for the last donation I got 40/40.
So can you guys fix my Royal giant to right number (221 before another donation) for me, thanks. And I hate to think I only just recognise the problem since my Royal giant had a easy to remember card number.
Please do a good job support team, so I can still have enough faith to play the game. My account name is techjay and I am in 悉尼 club No. 1
