We know that the zap resets troops attack build
For Example :
Sparky takes 5 secs to charge ,when it is fully charged and you drop a zap on it ,its charge resets again ,but that doesn't happen with hog rider, if he is halfway to hit a tower and u zap him he will continue from where he was zapped at and doesn't reset
