I have been getting this huge black screen problem after 50%. I have cleared data, cache, reinstalled, try on another device, etc. But still no results about getting into my main account on my Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge is this a problem only for my phone? Because I even updated the software to the latest trying to fix. My main account cannot be accessed but when I clear the data off it still works but I'm obviously on a new account. Unlinking Facebook like how people did does not help me. Please, I'm seeking help. My main account can't be lost :(
