Hi SuperCell - absolutely love the game - great game design.

I'm getting really frustrated however, both at home and at work on two fantastic networks (I work at another mobile game company...). Multiple times a day, I lose connection while playing your game - and only your game - everything else I use and play works perfectly - your game even starts up quickly and perfectly 99.9% of the time. Then I get into a battle, and 45 seconds from the end, I lose connection - sometimes it freezes up - sometimes I continue to watch every move THEY make, while my moves are all rejected... My workmates on android phones and the same network have no problems at all. The two of us on iPhone 5S's lose connections frequently. I can't be 100% certain, but am feeling strongly convinced that the fault is in the code/interaction with the hardware, and not the network. It's immensely frustrating to lose at a game that you've paid good money to play because of an issue like this. All of this freezing is happening on our WiFi network - not 3G/4G/LTE (I've had it freeze there too, but I'm more likely to assume network issues there...)

Please do not pass off these complaints as regular old network issues. Other users on the exact same network are not experiencing this problem. It sucks in a competitive game to feel that I'm at such a disadvantage.

thanks
Mike
