I spent $20 on gems so I could open magical chests. While opening my third chest, I received a phone call at the exact moment I had initiated the final purchase. Before I saw the first card, my iPhone 6S screen switched to the phone call. After talking on the phone for ~ 1 minute I came back to the game. The chest was gone, and so were my 700 gems.

I worried but figured that the cards I was supposed to get would be in my game. I checked through all the numbers of cards and came to the conclusion that I hadn't received a single card from the chest. At this point I also noticed that I hadn't received the 400-500 gold you're supposed to get from magical chests.

Very frustrated, I spent the past two hours on the phone with apple (since supercell doesn't offer a phone number to call). Ultimately, apple support wasn't much help, and so I reached out to supercell via the report a problem in game.

Has anyone else experienced this? I feel like I've been robbed and theres nothing I can do about it.
