General Admins, Please Post Some Guidelines

First off, I'm not certain if I'm posting this in the right place, but it would seem that this subforum is the most logical one. I'll move to General Discussion if it's not okay.

I enjoy browsing this subforum. I like to see little quirks about the game, or strange things I can try out in friendly battles. However, I feel like I have to search a bit too much for these actual bugs on the 'Bugs' forum. My simple suggestion is to put some guidelines up on the forum, just like on most of the subforums, that guide new forumers on what to post. A few things to recommend:

1) Don't complain about having bad luck. Every other post on this forum is "y havent i got leggendery yet dis game is rigged". This is not an issue for SC to fix, thus it does not belong on the 'Bugs' forum.

2) Don't simply rant about how you think the game is pay2win. It is, again, not what this subforum is for.

3) A troop being OP or UP is, again, not a bug.

4) Most importantly of all: Tell users to search through the forum if the issue has already been reported, BEFORE making a post about it. This is essential to ANY bug reporting forum. Everyday I see the same exact bug being re-reported dozens of times. Maybe the search system is not good enough or too complex, or maybe people just aren't using it.

I really think this forum would be much better if admins took 20 minutes out of their day to give these advices to new people on the forum.
