Android Friendly Challenge is taking my old base layout

I have saved 3 layouts in my home base.
Before sending friendly challenge i have changed by home base from Old to new (Different out of 3) and made that as active village. After this i have sent friendly challenge and when i see 'watch Live! ' to my surprise my friends are attacking my old layout still.
Then I enquired which layout they see when they visit my village they say old one only even after i changed it to new.
