General Hacks to block oppenents connection

There are pretty obvious hacks out there that allow blocking the opponent's connection. You can see what happens, but can't use any of your cards.

There should be a way to report matches/players so that SC can review and give bans to such abusers.

And no, these are not some WiFi signal losses or other network issues.
