Hello ladies and gentlemen,

as of now, the german patchnotes claim that the freeze duration has been increased ("erhöht") by 1second.
Trying to verify this, the duration of my freeze spell has still been reduced by 1 second.

Please change accordingly to minimize irritation for other players :)
