After I request for a card it's a giant card, it can receive 3 rare card. But, after i close the clash royale for couple hours to get my request is complete, I see that I can receive 30 rare card, but I check I only get 3 card. If I can attach a picture, I will attach it

In the royal arena, you can request 30 Commons OR 3 Rares every 8 Hours. And the Giant is a rare card so you can receive only 3 per request
