General Bug with Inferno tower

While in battle against another player, i found something curious with my opponent's inferno tower.
I sent two giants, an as the inferno tower works it charge up and starts dealing more a more damage but when it kill the first one and retarget to my other giant it didn't reset the damage that was making. i did try with mi guild to see if it happens with all units and it does. When you sent two units of the same type the inferno tower doesn't reset its damage for the second unit

Hope you can help me with this
