I don't even know how many games I've lost or tied because of a random delay in casting. There's that one second, sure, but sometimes it extends to three, four seconds before playing the card, and I'm yelling "Let's go!" at the screen as enemy troops waltz in, and then my fireball flies and misses.

This is a serious flaw in a game about timing and strategy. The worst part is it happens randomly, so there's no way to compensate for it.

I have solid WiFi and a fairly new phone. Is it lag? Connections problems server-side?

Please address this, it's extremely frustrating to feel like the game itself is sabotaging you.
