When I try to buy gems I get a message, "Purchase Failed: Cannot connect to iTunes Store". My only option is to click "OK" and then the game resets.

I can go to iTunes on my phone and download anything I want, but for some reason I cannot do that in your game.

This issue is directly hurting your bottom line...
