iOS Leaderboard Not Showing My Country (LOCAL)

I´ve been having this problem for a while. When I want to check the Player´s Leaderboard and I click Local (my country) the game always shows me the french leaderboard and I´m not from France. In order to download the game when it was soft launching I changed my iTunes Store region to Canada, but I think that doesn´t have anything to do. In order to "stop" the problem I had to change my region again, but nothing changed. I deleted and install the game again- nothing. I even enabled "My Location" in settings to see if that worked, but nothing...I really want to see the Spanish Leaderboard to check how far am I from showing up there, hahaha, or to check who are the top players of my country, but I don´t want to see the French ones!!!
