iOS refund bug?

1 and a half week ago i bought 2,5k gems. i bought them on a false creditcard so i called the apple support and they refund the purchase. after 1 1/2 week the gems are still on my account..
so after the money got back on the creditcard i bought gems with a itunes card and used them but 2,5k gems are still on my account. I don't really know if it is normal that it takes so long until supercell remove them.
So i'm gonna report this as a bug if someone refund a purchase before on clash royale please tell me how long it takes until they are removed
