So last week Clan chat was buggy due to the new Clan Battle Chest thing and when I requested my cards, the request never appeared on the Clan Chat page. So, no gave me my Zaps. My friend and gf checked their clan chat log after the fix and my request never appeared there, so they couldn't donate me anything.

I tried writing to the in-game support thing, but all replies I got was unrelated to very generic.

Is there anything I should do to get my cards back or receive compensation, because this is annoying. I have been writing to Supercell support for over a week and apart from "Clan chest bug was fixed" i didn't hear anything.

I don't care if this was fixed or not, the only thing I care is that I never received my cards or any kind of compensation because of that.
