Recently I purchased a special offer clash royale gave me for 13.99. However the offer is grey and whenever I click it, it simply says "this transaction is pending". Later I went on my apple account and I saw that from my account I was charged the amount however i never received any receipt so I won't be able to get a refund. And I am just worried that Ill end up not being able to get the one time special offer. Any help please?
