Please help me how to fix my problem, herewith what I have done trying to fix it by my self.
1. I have bought chest from the last event (my payment method is SIM Card billing and it was success)
2. I have opened the chest uncompletly because it was frozing/stopped (I have checked my connection, and there were no problem)
3. I have cleared cache, memory, uninstalled, sign out from google play, sign out from clash royale, restart mobile phone and the last was installed again
4. When I opened Clash Royale, it showed open the chest from the last time and frozen/stopped again.
5. I have sent report from my friends clash royale account and from my own email. There is no reply from my complain.
6. I have been waiting for 10 hours and during that time I cannot play this game Attached Images
