hello supercell goodmorning everyone, since yeasterday at 17.30h i buy a aniversary package for 4.99€ (500 gems 20000 gold) after payment i get a unknow error and my game restart.. and i dont get my package.. i have the mensages of payment confirm on my phone and i also take 2 screenshots for send you..

dont tell me to try use the chat in game in help session becuse i already do it and no answer and i also use your online formulary online and no answer thata why i am here.. i pay for my package and i dont get i... i am very sad with this becuse your support dont have a good service mora than 12h waiting and ni answer..
