Android All of our clan members cant enter the game

When any of our clan members try to log into game they all get disconnected. We tried to solve the issue with royal administrators but we got no problem solving answers and all the answers were obvious things like phone reset or reinstall which we tried but none helped.
Is there anymore opinion ?
