General Hitpoints for spear goblins is less than normal goblins

I am not sure it is a bug or not but in 1/13 update zap was decreased so it cannot killed goblins by zap of equal level but this change doesn't affect the spear goblin and they can be killed by a zap with a Lowe level.

I think the hit points for spear goblin should be the same as normal goblin.
