General chest timer inaccurate

I realised that I hadn't missed a free chest in ages (months ?), but had the feeling the last one before bedtime (11:04 pm, last time I'd checked) was coming later and later during the day, so I decided to actually use a stopwatch to check the free chest timer over two cycles. It actually took 8 hours and 8 seconds (based on my stopwatch) to go through the two "4 hour" free chest cycles, explaining why my before bedtime chest opening was happening later and later (it wasn't just a feeling !). Each hour on the free chest cycle is actually an hour and a second, so if you don't miss any, there's a ~24 seconds delay by the time you've gone round the clock. I guess this is also true for the other chests but I haven't checked... it really is a small thing, but I'd consider it to be a bug !
