Android Jungle Arena Pack Transaction Timed Out

I recently attempted to buy the Jungle Arena Pack. The purchase was pending when it timed out. My Google Play balance was $10.00 lower, but I didn't have anything. All it did was say something like "Connection timed out". I was not sure where to post this issue, since I wasn't sure if it was a Clash Royale issue or a Google Play issue.

I have not attached the receipt, but I have it, and can attach it. If this is in the wrong area, can you please tell me where to put it so I can get this issue resolved?
