I have clearly counted my skeleton hut card request before I went to bed.

The next morning , it's 4/4 cards donated(this is not normal, when requested amount hit it cap, it disappears).
on my social tab. I should received 350 instead of 349 in total.

that is the first case.

The second case is different. Its for epic, the 4/4 request amount did not stays.

My mirror was one short of again.

I calculated, if the bug did not occur, my mirror would be just enough to upgrade, now its 19/20, I still lack 1 more.

is there any support team to contact to compensate the 1 mirror back?
