Yesterday I submitted a ticked in-game about an issue I've been experiencing. I usually contact SC by e-mail when needed, so I didn't know what kind of reply to expect.

This morning I woke up and in my notifications, I see "You have a message from Support". Nice. So I click that. The game starts up, and crashes, which is literally the first time CR has crashed on my phone, ever. I click the game again. It starts up, loads to an extent, then loads again(y'know, like it does when there's been a new update) and then opens up- and I have no message from support in my inbox. How on Earth do I see their reply, and what generally happened?
