It says on the forums that the update on xbows is to prevent them hitting air troops (only hitting ground)!
It doesn't however mention that they can no longer hit towers, so I am presuming it is a bug, thus I am reporting it, that xbows don't attack the towers. You don't get a white flash when the go in range and they don't fire at the towers!
