iOS Chest openening + game crashing = no loot from the chest

I opened a chest and game crashed, telling me i have no internet signal. While it was true that i was not under wifi coverage, it was not true that i had no signal. I did several matches today without problems. Even CoC always worked without wifi coverage.
Now, who's gonna gimme back the time i wasted for the chest? Who's gonna gimme the loot i deserve? I guess you won't do that, but this is kind of a very, very, very frustrating bug, you gotta know and FIX IT ASAP. No one's gonna accept to see their time wasted like that especially when dealing with a game like this that plays with people's time.
Again: FIX IT ASAP AND GIVE ME WHAT I DESERVE!
