General Randomly getting put into matches

I have experienced this twice, two different ways. First, I clicked battle. Of course I didn't notice so in a few seconds I hit cancel, and when back to clan chat, but then I got put into a match? I assume it just didn't register me canceling the search and just kept going. Second, It was much different than the first time, but I can't remember it all that well because it happened awhile ago. One of my clan mates requested a friendly duel, and I tried to accept but it greyed out and said nothing. Then I clicked a few more times and said "someone has already accepted this challenge" and then a few seconds go by, and I'm in a match with a random player who is not in my clan. I'm not too mad about this, I was just put into a random match, which I was pretty fine with. I just wanted to let people know and see how this is happening, and see if it can be fixed.
