[Suggestion] Remove draws from game and how

Please remove draws from the game. It is boring as hell and everyone loses.

My idea would be to have 3x elixir for 1 min, then 4x for 1min, 5x etc. this would be fun, exciting and intense and someone will win.

Alternatively highest total tower damage wins. I much prefer first idea though.
