General Advice how do I transfer my account to a new iOS/Android device?

Transfer or play your account on multiple devices using Game Center. We’ll show you how in a few easy steps:

1. Make sure your desired game is connected to a unique Game Center account. To do so, enter your device settings > scroll down to Game Center > make sure that you are either logged in with your Apple ID or create a new account. Warning: do not share accounts with anyone - you always need to connect your game to your own Game Center account!

2. Return to your home screen; open the Game Center App, choosing "games" from the bottom line. Select the game and tap the three little dots in the right corner. Choose "play". When you see the "welcome back, _yourname_" banner at the top of the screen, you’ll know you have successfully connected the game.

3. After the process is completed enter your new / other device. Launch Game Center and login with the same Game Center Account used on your old device. After opening the game, a pop up will ask if you wish to load the game from your old device.

Hit Confirm and you’ll be ready to go!

Transfer your existing game to a new Android device using Google Play.

Please note that Google Play only supports one game per account. You will need a different one for each new game played on other devices.

To verify that your game is connected to Google Play:

1. Log into Google Play on Device A
2. Open the game and enter “Settings”
3. Select the Google Play sign in button to connect

Now, grab Device B:

1. Log into the same Google Play account on Device B
2. Download the game fresh from the Play Store
3. Play through the game’s tutorial
4. When finished, enter the in-game settings and tap on the button next to “Google Play sign-in” to connect
5. You’ll be prompted to load the save game from Device A
