In the afternoon when I opened Clash Royale, it showed that I was in no clan. I assumed I was kicked out of my clan, but there was no message stating so like it does in Clash of Clans. I thought this feature was not yet implemented so I let it be and pinged my friend why was I kicked out.
I could search for clans but when I searched for my former clan it showed a blank page. I have 4G internet so loading is not a problem and other clans were loading quite well.
Later in the evening I checked I was back in the clan but this time I could not donate any troops. I had noticed that every time you join a clan, you can't donate troops for some hours. This I think was done to prevent people from clan hopping and finishing their achievements. Also I had not donated any troops so I know that I had not reached the donation limit. I have a screenshot of this. It showed my that my donation was 0/60 but still asked me to wait for 40 minutes.
I have another screenshot saying that I joined the clan 3 days ago.
