On this new update for March 31st 2016 I encountered a bug. I was expecting a magical chest to be done unlocking when I logged on but then is said there was a maintenance break. So I waited till later to log on and when I logged on there was no magical chest there I didn't even get the two promised epic cards or gold everything stayed the same it was just my magical chest that disappeared. So how am I going to get reimbursed for this magical chest that disappeared since their drop late is so low. It was my second magical chest since launch day in the U.S. and it's gone please help me some how resolving this issue.
