Android Unable to make an in game purchase

Hello, I have just started playing this game yesterday, and needless to say, it has been an amazing experience.
However, I may have encountered a one huge problem, where I am unable to make any in game purchases ( purchase gems). I entered all the correct information for my credit card, but it failed to work, so I bought a google play gift card just in case if it were a problem in my bank account, but it failed to work again.

I checked if it was with my google play that I was having problems with, but I have made a purchase in a different game ( hearthstone , so its not really that either.

What exactly happens is that , when I press purchase and wait, it just says "ERROR, transaction could not be completed, try again later". And I assure you that this thing only happens in this game.

So please, I really want to invest money in to this game, but this game is preventing me from doing so, and I really need help.

I am not so sure if it were a correct decision to post this in the bugs section, but I assumed that it would be the most relavant
