iOS Chest screen freezing multiple times

Dear supercell,

this is CatBus#2ULL9UCC and I've had chest freezing in game at least 10 times from when I started this game which was about a week ago. Most memorably it froze whilst I was opening a silver chest with gems and when I came back to the game I did not receive any cards, furthur more a magical chest I in the midst of unlocking vanished from my chest alot. This happened on the 27th of March.

i read on the support page I was able to get a copy of a chest activity log to see if I actually received my loot. As I feel I have not and am pretty disappointed as this has happened way too often for me although the Internet connection used is stable.

please further advise me as of what to do and what can be done to solve this issue and if there is a possibility of restoring my lost loot.
