Yesterday I went ahead and bought a 25 dollar iTunes card because I wanted to get some gems. Put the money on my account and opened up the app and bought gems. The thing is, I didn't actually get any gems, I just wasted my money on literally nothing. So I waited a while as the help page directed me to and eventually I contacted apple and they gave me a refund. I was glad that I got my money back and gave the purchase another try. Yet again, I wasted my money and didn't get any gems. If I could get some help on this that would be great.
