iOS Unable to link device

I have enter the code from the old device to the new device and it is not responding and stay on the same page (with grey button) after i have pressed the green button. If I have entered a wrong code, It will still respond and turn to a new page saying that I have enter wrong code.
It happens the same when I try to change my username. I am above level 4 and I haven't changed the name before. When I enter the name and press the green button, it remains unchanged on the screen.

I am using iPhone 6 with the system iOS 9.2.1.
I think it will cause a lot of troubles to the players and please fix it at the next updates. Thanks.
