General Problems with chests and requesting

4 hours ago I lost a free chest during opening because of bad connection.
2 hours ago I just requested a valky but directly after that cr crash and I have to wait 8h again but my request wasn't even post!
Please fix those connection and server communication problems, it's very frustrating if you request but the request isn't post and you have to wait 8h again.
Maybe you can implement sth. like a reinsurance that the timer is reset to zero again, if the request wasn't successful.
And that problem with open a chest and bad connection, maybe you can solve that, too.
Now I'm a little disappointed.
