iOS Chest Bug Help!!!

It said that my Magical Chest (which i got via battle) was ready, so I opened it. Since my internet connection was poor, when the chest opened, nothing came out and the screen froze. I quickly closed and opened the game, and my chest was gone. I didn't get anything from it too. When I turned off my phone, a few minutes later it said that I forgot to open my chest (A message starting with Oops!) and I opened it. Still, there was no chest. If there is anything you can do in your power, please let me know!
