Thanks for the report.

The video quality isn't great but still it shows the bug.

Developers will look into it and will fix it as soon as possible (probably not sooner than October because there will be no client update until October and such fixes may require client update).

Edit: I've checked the video again and have an explanation for it. I saw that the electro wizard's attack break the shiled. This is causing cannon cart to turn into a normal Cannon. That's why the stun of that attack doesn't move to normal cannon and that's why cannon doesn't change it's target.
