Hi.

Name and shame is against forum rules, please remove anything about the identity of player in the question.

As far as I know there's no such a glitch/hack/cheat. You can see the replay of battle and understand what happened.

If you still think there's a cheat and you have "solid evidence" about it, on the forum nobody can help you but you can contact in-game support team and show them your proof:
